At Olympia I am going to be sharing with you taster sessions for spiritual development and wellbeing, interactive short sessions that give you a taster of what my programmes cover with no commitment from you to sign up.
As sessions are space limited (max of 4-6 per session) I will be pre-book a small % of places at a discount to ensure that you don't miss out but equally anyone drawn to discover more has the opportunity on the day.
Each Taster session is about 20/25 mins. Sessions held within stall on sitting cushions (chair available for anyone who needs it).
